Please note: DoneGood Marketplace is no longer operational.
DoneGood Marketplace is making it easy to buy plastic-free products from Plastic Pollution Coalition (PPC) Business Members.
PPC Business Members make and package goods free of plastic, providing consumers with options that are better for people and the planet. The criteria by which they are members is publicly available and each company in the coalition is thoroughly vetted to ensure they uphold these values. For the first time, in partnership with Plastic Pollution Coalition, DoneGood shoppers can find and purchase products from PPC Business Members in one place with a single checkout.
DoneGood’s marketplace is unique in that it exhibits radical transparency that allows customers to make trusted purchasing decisions and incentivizes brands to do better. This no-frills e-commerce platform allows customers to find products and businesses that align closely to their values— without the greenwashing. Shoppers can search for everyday needs according to a range of social and sustainability certifications and values, from cruelty-free and Black-owned to MADE SAFE and Fair Trade Certified.
The list of values and third-party certifications are unlike any other marketplace, using only the most rigorous and credible certifying organizations on the market today. Every product has these impacts and values tagged to make sure consumers know exactly how the company and product fares on a range of key issues and metrics. And unlike in most markets, whether online or on the shelf, at DoneGood, plastic pollution is now a factor by which users can consider and companies can be rewarded by—this is a gamechanger.

One of the most effective ways that we can reduce plastic pollution is to support companies that are doing the right thing by voting with our dollar. If we buy shampoos and household goods in plastic bottles, for example, we inadvertently justify the continued use of unhealthy, wasteful plastic packaging (most of which will never be recycled). On the other hand, if more consumers are switching to cleaner products in fiber-based and other regenerative packaging options, this creates a societal shift and sends a signal to markets that we demand change.
