An Environmental Working Group (EWG) analysis of 40 peer-reviewed scientific studies published in the last five years has revealed the presence of PFAS chemicals in the umbilical cords of infants in the US and 11 other countries including Brazil, China, and Japan. PFAS chemicals are toxic and harmful to human health.
